We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an associate and assist the HR Manager in managing HR programs spanning from recruitment, onboarding to performance management, employee engagement etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in Talent Management & driving employee engagement activities.
- Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sources, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our schedules as needed.
- Shortlisting, validating, and assessing candidates for various team requirements.
- Assist in all HR operations and ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR processes.
- Handling operational activities which includes joining formalities, induction, documents verification and background check.
- Building workplace diversity, Grievances Handling & Conflict Resolution
Skills Required
- Fluency in English and excellent oral and written skills are essential.
- An innovative, self-starter needing low-level management time and attention to perform day to day responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong result and goal orientation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- Must have good judgment, be able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to listen, gather and understand information quickly and provide prompt solutions.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Attention to details
Qualification/Experience Require
- MBA in Human Resource Management or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration are preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preffered
