Human Resources Associate - Staffing

What you ll do:

• Document current and future staffing commitments as they evolve over the projectlifecycle
• Coordinate and share information between recruiting, staffing, and HR generalists for newhires
• Ensure proper tracking of developmental goals, skills, and expertise ofteam
• Capture demand in the schedulingtools asneeded in coordination with the scheduling leads
• Produce and distribute standard reports (e.g. capacity, utilization, etc.)
• Provide ad-hoc reports asneeded
• Monitor hours reports and highlight exceptions to appropriatepeople
• Maintain the scheduling system with regular audits to ensure dataintegrity
• Provide support on tools training as needed withemployees

What you ll bring:

• BA/BS degree required with strong academicperformance
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Training, education, or experience must be relevant to therole
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
• Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail andcommitment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
