Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both Tech & Non-Tech roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and timely

feedback.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and other HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 yearsof work experience in recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and

stakeholders.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and selection techniques to identify top talent efficiently.
