We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR with 1 - 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources department. The Junior HR will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and compliance. This role is designed to provide exposure to the full spectrum of HR activities, offering a valuable learning experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Participate in interviews and help with the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including organising events, workshops, and training sessions.
Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications, newsletters, and announcements.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
Support payroll and benefits administration by gathering and processing necessary information.
Compliance and Policies:
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws, and regulations.
Help in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Learning and Development:
Assist in coordinating training and development programs, including logistics, communication, and tracking participation.
Support the evaluation and feedback process for training sessions.
HR Projects:
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing support in research, data analysis, and implementation.
Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and HR metrics for management review.
Education:
MBA (HR) or BBA
Skills:
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
