Job Title: HR Executive Provider Management

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi (Onsite)

Work Mode: 6 days working

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Role Overview The HR Executive Provider Management will be responsible for managing and supporting healthcare providers across the organization. This role focuses on provider onboarding, training, engagement, payroll coordination, and performance support to ensure high provider satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to work in a structured HR or provider management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare providers, including documentation, orientation, and system training

Conduct regular training sessions and refresher programs to ensure providers are aligned with company standards and processes

Oversee payroll coordination, payments, and resolution of provider-related compensation issues

Manage therapy interns, ensuring appropriate allocation, supervision, and performance tracking

Coordinate with provider groups to address queries, escalations, and operational concerns

Act as the primary point of contact between healthcare providers and internal teams

Track provider performance, availability, and engagement metrics

Implement initiatives to enhance provider experience, satisfaction, and retention

Ensure compliance with internal policies and professional healthcare guidelines

Maintain accurate provider records, documentation, and reports

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional, international tone

Presentable personality with strong interpersonal and people-handling skills

Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Proactive problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working with global teams and international healthcare providers

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Freshers are welcome to apply

13 years of experience in HR, provider management, healthcare operations, or similar roles
