Key Responsibilities:-
- Recruitment & hiring:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and interview follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and status reports.
- Onboarding & induction:
- Prepare onboarding documents (LOI, Offer Letter, NDA, etc.).
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
- Support in organizing induction sessions for new joiners.
- Create/update employee files on KEKA (or other HRMS platforms).
- HR operations & documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters (experience, internship, salary slips, etc.).
- Support attendance management, leave tracking, and policy communication.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory guidelines.
- Employee engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and escalate them when required.
- Support HR team in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.
- Performance & appraisal support:
- Help collect performance data and maintain appraisal records.
- Coordinate with team leads for performance documentation.
- HR analytics & reporting:
- Prepare basic MIS reports on recruitment, attendance, and employee status.
- Assist in HR audits and monthly HR presentations.
