Role Context
This role involves servicing multiple client organisations by supporting and executing their day-to-day HR operations. The HR Associate will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively, documentation is maintained accurately, and agreed timelines and deliverables are met.
Role Summary
The HR Associate will execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistency, compliance, and timely closure of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits) for client organisations
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance data with clients and vendors
Prepare and maintain HR documentation offer letters, appointment letters, policies, JDs, employee records
Support HRMS administration, data updates, and basic reporting for clients
Track employee queries and grievances and ensure timely resolution
Assist in HR audits, data collation, and process documentation for clients
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
Ensure process adherence, documentation accuracy, and closure of assigned client deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
34 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
Prior exposure to client servicing or multi-stakeholder environments preferred
Working knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance basics
Good working knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
