Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Associate role based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Associate will handle daily HR operations, support recruitment processes, manage employee records, and oversee compliance with company policies. The role includes coordinating training and development programs, addressing employee queries, and assisting in fostering a positive workplace environment. Other key responsibilities involve contributing to the implementation of HR strategies, helping with payroll processing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations
• Experience in Training & Development and employee engagement initiatives
• Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Around 3 to 5 years experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a plus
