Role Description The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for the Organisation, full-time role. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR documentation and compliance.

The role will also involve assisting with payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

The Human Resources Associate will lead organise training and development initiatives, support performance management processes, and contribute to HR communication and engagement activities.

This position works closely with Senior leadership and all other vertical's managers to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 12 months prior experience.
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with an Excellent Educational Background and Credentials, with exposure to HR Management and HR Operations.
  • Experience or interest in Training & Development, including coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written, verbal and visual comms, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in HR documentation and data management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software and basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Different tools like Canva etc ).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A self propelled Individual is an added quality.
