Job Description

F13 Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking and employee records.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Other Duties:

  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Slack
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.

Compensation: 3-4.5 LPA
