About the Role:

We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment while working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal and management systems.
• Source and attract top talent via various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with team leads to set goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.

HR Operations:

• Manage payroll, leave tracking, and employee records efficiently.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to showcase Cube as an exceptional place to work.
• Develop initiatives to attract and retain top talent, highlighting Cube's innovative culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, operations, and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
