Role Purpose
The HR Associate will support the effective functioning of HR operations with a focus on onboarding, HR systems, data management, analytics and employee experience. The role requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can ensure process efficiency, data accuracy and meaningful HR insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.)
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review
- Support data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports
HR Operations & Governance
- Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory requirements (as applicable)
- Assist in standardizing and improving HR workflows
HRMS / ERP Management
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS/ERP system
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and real-time updates
- Act as a point of contact for HRMS-related queries and troubleshooting
- Support system enhancements, testing and process improvements
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Coordinate documentation, joining formalities and induction
- Maintain accurate employee records across the lifecycle (joining, confirmation, movement, exit)
- Ensure timely completion of probation-related documentation and tracking
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist in planning and execution of institutional activities
- Support communication initiatives to enhance employee experience
- Act as a coordination point for employee-related activities and queries
Exit Management
- Manage and coordinate the employee exit process, including resignation documentation and clearance formalities
- Ensure timely initiation and closure of full & final settlement processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct and document exit interviews and consolidate insights for improving employee experience
- Maintain accurate exit records and update HRMS with separation details
- Track attrition data and support reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HRBP role
