We are seeking an HR Associate to support recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Role Overview
The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Human Resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment support, employee documentation, and HR data management. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with structured processes, trackers, and SOPs.
This is an execution-focused role, supporting HR leadership and managers across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and joining paperwork.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, inductions, and internal checklists.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files (digital and physical where required).
- Track probation periods, confirmations, and contract timelines.
- Support offboarding processes including documentation and records updates.
- Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR SOPs, policies, and data standards.
- Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or process gaps to senior HR team members.
- Assist with general HR administration and coordination tasks as required.
- Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

Industry Experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or people operations.
- Experience in a startup, e-commerce, or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow templates, SOPs, and structured processes accurately.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic & Traits
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Reliable, responsible, and deadline-driven.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee information.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organisational and administrative aptitude.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting recruitment or hiring processes.
- Familiarity with HR documentation, employee records, or onboarding workflows.
- Exposure to HR tools, ATS platforms, or payroll coordination (training provided if needed).
