Job Summary

An HR Assistant responsible for supporting the HR team in daily HR activities and administrative tasks. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee documentation, HR operations, and coordination to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR in day-to-day HR operations and activities
  • Support recruitment tasks such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
  • Help with employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Support preparation of HR documents, letters, and reports
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal coordination
  • Handle basic employee queries and redirect to HR when required
  • Ensure confidentiality of HR data and documents

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 02 years of experience (Freshers with HR internships can apply)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment processes
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, or recruitment portals
  • Exposure to IT hiring (developers, testers, designers, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced IT environment
