What this job is
We're a growing company and we need one person to own HR + Administration and keep things running smoothlywithout drama, without excuses, and without us chasing you.
We're heavy on task management software and most HR work is system-driven (HRMS, trackers, workflows, dashboards). If you aren't tech-savvy and organized, this role won't work. If you are, you'll run the place like clockwork.
We don't track hours. We track outcomes and reliability. If the job is getting done properly and the system is updated, we won't micromanage.
Priority order: (1) HR systems + closures, (2) Admin uptime (office runs), (3) Culture/bonding (simple but consistent).
What you'll handle (real work)
Human Resources (system-run)
Hiring: job posts, screening calls, shortlisting, interview scheduling, reference checks (as required), offers and joining closure
Onboarding & exits: documentation, inductions, HR checklists, asset handovers, exit closure
Attendance/leave support and payroll coordination inputs (as per process) you own accuracy of HR data and inputs
HR documentation: letters, confirmations, warnings, policiesclean, consistent, on time
Maintain employee records and keep the HRMS accurate (no missing data, no will update later)
Handle employee queries professionally and close them with proper documentation
Administration (make the workplace run)
Vendor management: housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, internet/telecom, repairs, AMC tracking
Office upkeep: issue logging, follow-ups, closure checks, cleanliness and discipline
Procurement: get quotes, negotiate, purchase, track delivery, maintain stock control
Asset and admin control: asset register, allocations, handovers, bills/records, renewals
Employee care + culture (you own this)
We want someone who genuinely takes care of peoplenot just HR compliance.
Be proactive about employee needs and workplace issues before they become complaints
Run simple, consistent bonding initiatives (small celebrations, welcome/farewell moments, recognition habits)
Spot team friction early and help resolve it fairly
Keep morale healthy without turning this into an events job
Important: We don't want someone who is management-leaning. We want someone who is fair, firm, and justand consistent. No favorites. You support employees while protecting company standards.
Task management + execution (non-negotiable)
You will run your work through our task management system with clear owners, deadlines, and updates
Nothing should live only in your head or WhatsApp threads
Weekly closure rhythm: open items are reviewed and closedor re-dated with clear reasons and next steps
We should not have to follow up repeatedly for basic closure
Tech + AI (non-negotiable)
Comfortable using HRMS, task tools, shared trackers, and dashboards daily
Strong in Excel/Google Sheets
Uses AI Tools (ChatGPT/Gemini/Copilot Etc.) Responsibly To
draft clear HR/admin communication
create SOPs, checklists, templates
summarize issues and generate action plans
improve reporting quality and reduce repeat mistakes
Tools & gadgets
We'll provide the tools you need to do the job well (within budget)laptop/phone/accessories/software as required. We want you working fast and clean.

Experience we're looking for
46 years experience across HR and Administration (or strong HR with solid admin exposure)
Comfortable handling confidential information with maturity
Vendor management + negotiation experience is a plus
Flexibility (we're open to return-to-work candidates)

We'll support flexibility as long as work is closed properly, systems are updated, and nothing drops
This role still needs strong follow-up and availability during working hours when urgent HR/admin issues come up
If you need flexibility but can't commit to deadlines and closure, this role won't work.
Work style (outcome-based)
We won't micromanage you. If HR and admin runs smoothly, systems are updated, and closures happen on time, you'll have flexibility and trust. But you must be reachable and show up when something needs hands-on attention.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
HRMS is clean and complete: employee data, documents, and statuses are up to date
Hiring runs with speed: screening scheduling offers joining closures happen without constant follow-ups
Admin issues are tracked and closed: vendors, repairs, procurement, assetsnothing is floating
Employees feel supported, but discipline stays intact (fair, consistent, no favoritism)
Directors get crisp weekly updates: what's done, what's pending, and what needs decisions
