Role:
Will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within HR by developing insights and predictive models. The role focuses on leveraging workforce data to improve talent outcomes, optimize HR processes, and enable strategic planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key metrics
- Analyze data on attrition, hiring, workforce, productivity, and performance
- Generate actionable insights from large datasets and present them clearly to stakeholders
- Track workforce planning and source effectiveness
- Support compensation and performance analysis with data inputs
- Use exit and engagement data to identify retention drivers
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and consistent reporting standards
- Automate reports and improve efficiency of HR analytics processes
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Experience working with HR data and large datasets
- Ability to present insights in a simple and structured manner
Education & professional skillset:
- B.Tech, B.Sc in Maths/Economics & Statistics or Computer Science, CA
