Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for India: onboarding, HRMS updates, payroll input, and exit formalities.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations: disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and terminations.
- Partner with business leaders and collaborate with Regional HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate onboarding and background checks.
- Prepare monthly productivity and KPI reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and align practices with global standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR (MBA preferred).
- 35 years of experience in India HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
