About the Role

We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage HR data, reporting, and analytics, focusing on people metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from systems like HRMS, payroll, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Drive governance around AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking metrics like hiring, attrition, headcount, and engagement.
  • Provide insights to support workforce planning, PMS, and compensation analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and assist in HR process audits.
  • Support HR projects through data insights and trend analysis.
  • Partner with HR and business teams on analytics-driven HR initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or MIS.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and working knowledge of HRMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of key HR metrics and reporting practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA in HR and Business Analytics; certification in HR Analytics or Power BI is a plus.
