Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and analytics within a dynamic, design-focused company. You will support the HR department in optimizing people processes, generating insightful workforce reports, and improving the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, onboarding, turnover, and performance.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and HR metrics reports for management using Excel, Google Sheets, or HRIS tools.
- Help track employee engagement survey results and provide actionable insights.
- Recruitment & Talent Support:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, and assist with job postings.
- Analyze hiring funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization:
- Support the documentation and improvement of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, training).
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current practices and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Research & Benchmarking:
- Conduct research on HR trends in the interior design and creative industries.
- Benchmark compensation, benefits, and performance practices against competitors.
- HR Systems & Compliance:
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
- Support compliance tracking related to labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Interest in HR, people analytics, and organizational development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion or appreciation for interior design and aesthetics is a plus.
