Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven HR Analytics professional with strong expertise in Excel, business analytics, and stakeholder management. The role involves leveraging data to provide actionable insights, streamline HR processes, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.

Analytics & Insights

  • Conduct workforce analytics, including attrition, recruitment, performance, and engagement trends.
  • Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Support predictive modeling and scenario planning for workforce strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to senior management and leadership teams.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
