What you will be doing:

Conduct detailed analysis and generate insights from various HR reports including headcount, attrition, past performance, and employee pulse data

Utilize data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic HR decisions

Responsible for implementing and managing HR automations to streamline processes.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR platforms

Work closely with Business HRs (BHRs) to ensure timely turnaround times (TATs) and consolidate data for comprehensive reporting.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among BHRs for data collection and validation

Design and publish monthly, quarterly, and yearly dashboards to provide senior stakeholders with actionable insights

Present data in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes

Perform predictive analysis based on data trends to forecast future HR metrics and outcomes

Use advanced analytical techniques to anticipate potential HR challenges and opportunities.

What we are looking for:

2-6 years of strong experience in HR data analytics/MIS

Proficiency in data HRIS and data analysis tools

Understanding of HR processes and workflows

Good communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to collaborate across teams

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
