Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, validate, and maintain employee data across HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, training metrics, etc.).
  • Generate reports for management, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Support HR budgeting and workforce planning.

2. HR Analytics

  • Analyze HR trends, including turnover, cost-per-hire, employee productivity, and attendance patterns.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Provide predictive analytics for talent management and retention strategies.

3. HR Systems & Process Optimization

  • Maintain and enhance HRIS/HRMS modules (attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment, performance, etc.).
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with IT/vendors for HR system enhancements or issue resolution.

4. Recruitment Support

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
  • Support TA team with analytics (TAT, source effectiveness, funnel metrics).

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process with data management, calibration reports, and tracking.
  • Provide metrics and analysis to managers to support appraisal decisions.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date for internal/external audits.
  • Support statutory reporting and HR policy updates.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS (SAP, Oracle, Darwinbox, Zoho, etc.)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
