Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and maintain employee data across HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, training metrics, etc.).
- Generate reports for management, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Support HR budgeting and workforce planning.
2. HR Analytics
- Analyze HR trends, including turnover, cost-per-hire, employee productivity, and attendance patterns.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in HR processes and employee experience.
- Provide predictive analytics for talent management and retention strategies.
3. HR Systems & Process Optimization
- Maintain and enhance HRIS/HRMS modules (attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment, performance, etc.).
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with IT/vendors for HR system enhancements or issue resolution.
4. Recruitment Support
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
- Support TA team with analytics (TAT, source effectiveness, funnel metrics).
5. Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process with data management, calibration reports, and tracking.
- Provide metrics and analysis to managers to support appraisal decisions.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date for internal/external audits.
- Support statutory reporting and HR policy updates.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS (SAP, Oracle, Darwinbox, Zoho, etc.)
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
