Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
  • Coordinate with external agencies (housekeeping, security, etc.)
  • Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination
  • Maintain office assets and inventory records

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • BCOM/MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in handling both HR and Admin roles
