JOB DESCRIPTION HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Reporting To: Director
The Size of Company : 25-40 Employees
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, compliance registers, PF/ESIC coordination, and induction formalities.
- Ensure field-level HR compliancePPE issuance, DLR, punching, safety instructions, wage sheet verification, and labour documentation.
- Handle administration, travel arrangements, office management, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS such as attrition, manpower status, recruitment tracker, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Required Skills
- Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and project-based HR management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
- 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience; project-site HR exposure preferred.
