Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, based in Rajkot. The individual will support HR operations by managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling meetings, and assisting in onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include providing efficient administrative and executive assistance, ensuring proper communication across teams, and addressing employee inquiries. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and assisting with customer service-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources processes and practices, including employee records management and recruitment coordination.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, meetings, and organizational tasks.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage interactions with employees and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
