We are currently seeking lead for Human Resources & Administration Manager for Global In-house Centre (GIC) operating from Bangalore. Human Resources & Administration Manager shall be responsible for the effective control of GIC s human resources and general office administration in order to contribute to the delivery of GIC s overall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assisting GIC Project Manager in managing various human resources matters Setting up and monitoring HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on human resources management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination
- Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process
- Carrying out staff induction for new members Managing individual and collective development of employees, such as training, assessment and promotions
- Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and salary payments
- Following up litigation and disputes involving company personnel
- Helping communications between the company s management and the staff
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
- Taking care of general office management issues
Qualifications
- Experience as Human Resources & Administration manager in India, ideally over 10 years
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulation in India
- Deep knowledge of practice in human resources areas in India
- Good knowledge of global practice in human resources areas
- Better to have domain knowledge of the diesel engine, Farm equipment in India
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor, preferably with an MBA in Human Resources
