Role Overview
The HR cum Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with general administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office and support the growing SaaS IT team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who can handle HR processes, employee engagement, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation, training coordination, and performance appraisal process.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and company culture initiatives.
- Support policy creation, HR SOPs, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Assist management in manpower planning aligned with company growth.
Administration (Admin):
- Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, facilities, and vendor management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and assets.
- Handle contracts, agreements, renewals, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support travel, meeting arrangements, and event management.
- Coordinate with IT team for infrastructure requirements (systems, software, networking, etc.).
- Ensure safe, secure, and efficient workplace environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in IT or SaaS companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with ownership.
- People-friendly attitude with problem-solving mindset.
