We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills and qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and labor laws.
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in hiring is a plus.
