Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Post job across job portals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data using MS Excel and applicant tracking systems.
  • Generate daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
  • Exposure to mass hiring or campus recruitment will be an added advantage.
