Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
