Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and send offer letters and manage onboarding processes for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
