This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource professional at a pharmaceutical factory, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management to ensure smooth factory operations. Daily responsibilities include handling recruitment and hiring, supporting employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Collaborating with management and ensuring compliance with local labor laws are also key aspects of this role.

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
• Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
