Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
