Job Description

Your tasks

  • Lead and manage endtoend HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance.
  • Oversee HRIS processes and ensure accurate data management and reporting through SAP HCM, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure timely and errorfree payroll inputs, data audits, and HR analytics.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations, manager discussions, and skill-gap analyses.
  • Coordinate & implement Learning & Development programs for employees across levels.
  • Build capabilitydevelopment roadmaps aligned with business growth.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve L&D interventions.
  • Drive HR initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with business leadership to understand workforce demands and provide HR solutions.
  • Support strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Lead HR transformation and processimprovement initiatives.
  • Drive the annual performance management cycle using SuccessFactors modules.
  • Coach managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning.
  • Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, trend analyses, and workforce reports using advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros preferred).
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to support data-driven HR decisions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Organize employee engagement programs and culturebuilding initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SAP HR, SuccessFactors (EC, PMGM, LMS preferred).
  • Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS reporting).
  • Good understanding of HR metrics, HR dashboards, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development coordination and program management.
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks and talent development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices to business goals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and decisionmaking ability.
