About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Manager – People & Culture to join our growing team and help build a high-performance, employee-first organization. In this role, you will work across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance programs, and people initiatives, ensuring a seamless employee experience while supporting business growth. You will play a key role in strengthening culture, driving HR processes, partnering with stakeholders, and building scalable people practices that enable teams to thrive. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment that aligns with our organizational values.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a growing organization.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive HR initiatives with a strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable balancing employee experience with business requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and follow-through capability.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and utilization needs.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and coordinate with external vendors when applicable.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions aligned with organizational priorities.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Design and execute seamless onboarding and induction programs to ensure new joiners integrate effectively.
- Coordinate onboarding readiness, documentation, access setup, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, role changes, and exits.
- Foster a positive and structured employee experience across all lifecycle touchpoints.
- Support offboarding processes, exit documentation, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, policies, and ensure adherence to processes.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and employee data updates.
- Support statutory compliance activities and HR audits as required.
- Drive the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate POSH, onboarding compliance, induction sessions, and policy awareness initiatives.
- Ensure all HR processes are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, and internal engagement calendars.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and strengthening organizational culture.
- Support internal communication efforts and employee connect initiatives to foster a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate celebrations, team-building activities, and engagement programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and initiatives that enhance people experience and organizational reputation.
Learning, Performance & HR Programs
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, tracking, and employee development discussions.
- Coordinate induction programs, learning initiatives, and training interventions to promote continuous learning.
- Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and people initiatives across teams to foster growth and development.
