This is a full-time remote internship for a Human Resource Intern (Unpaid). The intern will support HR operations, assisting with tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. This role also involves providing administrative support for HR-related projects and contributing to creating a positive employee experience.

• Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) concepts, practices, and processes
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software or tools is a plus
