About the Role

Lighthouse Canton is seeking a highly driven HR Intern to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in our Delhi Office. This role offers hands-on exposure to Compensation & Benefits, HR Strategy, P&L-linked HR analytics, and end-to-end HR project management. The internship is designed for individuals who want deep operational and strategic exposure across multiple HR domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Compensation & Benefits analysis, benchmarking, and structuring
• Assist in HR strategy initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
• Work on HR-related financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L impact tracking
• Drive and coordinate end-to-end HR projects (policy rollouts, performance cycles, automation initiatives)
• Support workforce planning and organizational analytics
• Prepare management dashboards and HR MIS reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
