Are you a creative and innovative individual with a passion for Human Resources Cityfurnish is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions. This role will help you understand the complete employee lifecyclefrom hiring to onboarding, engagement, learning & development, and exitswhile contributing to a fast-growing organization.
What will you do:
- Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and company platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers.
- Support offer rollout and pre-joining communication with selected candidates.
- Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare and manage onboarding documents and joining formalities.
- Coordinate and support induction sessions for new joiners.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities such as KYC, forms, and system access.
- Update employee details in HRMS and maintain onboarding records.
- Act as the first point of contact for new employees during their initial days.
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Assist in organizing internal training programs and workshops.
- Track training attendance and maintain L&D records.
- Coordinate with trainers and teams for learning initiatives.
- Support creation of basic training materials and feedback forms.
- Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support implementation of reward and recognition initiatives.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
- Help gather feedback through surveys and informal check-ins.
- Exit Formalities & Offboarding
- Assist in coordinating employee exit processes and documentation.
- Support full and final settlement coordination with relevant teams.
- Collect exit feedback and maintain exit records.
- Ensure smooth handover and closure of employee access.
- HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/HRIS.
- Prepare basic HR reports related to hiring, attrition, and onboarding.
- Support the HR team with documentation and compliance-related records.
