Job Title: Deputy HRIS Manager

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Type: Full Time

Our Client is seeking a Deputy HRIS Manager to lead and enhance a global HR systems landscape within a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a critical role for an experienced HRIS professional who can drive efficiency, data integrity, and insight-led decision-making through modern HR technology, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Support global HRIS implementation phases, ensuring scalability and seamless system integration
  • Translate HR and business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end HRIS ecosystem, including integrations with Finance, Technology, and third-party vendors
  • Maintain global HRIS architecture including organizational structures, security profiles, and data quality standards
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with global data protection requirements
  • Deliver accurate HR reporting, dashboards, and insights to key stakeholders
  • Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements across HR operations
  • Oversee system upgrades, vendor relationships, and release management
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation support for complex HRIS issues
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, and deliver training to HR teams and system users
  • Promote a global-first system approach, limiting localization to mandatory requirements only

Experience & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (R13 24+ preferred)
  • Proven HRIS implementation and management experience in global, multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Solid understanding of HRIS architecture, integrations, and data governance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity
