The selected intern will support the recruitment function and assist the HR team in executing end-to-end hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing and regularly updating job postings across various job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates in line with role-specific requirements.
- Initiating candidate outreach through calls to communicate job details and coordinate interviews.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases
- Following up with candidates for interview feedback and completion of required documentation
- Assisting the HR team with daily recruitment operations, reporting, and administrative support
