Role:
Human Resources Executive (Remote - India). This role supports end-to-end HR operations, recruitment execution and employee experience for distributed teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and manage offer processes using ATS.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring timely documentation, equipment provisioning and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HRMS and generate timely HR reports and headcount dashboards.
- Support employee relations and HR communications: respond to queries, maintain policies, and assist with performance review logistics.
- Ensure HR compliance and documentation for statutory requirements and internal audits.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to validate attendance, leaves and support payroll processing inputs.

Qualifications
