Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
HR Recruiter, Operations & People Manager to support our growing team. This role combines
recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management, making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure across the HR lifecycle in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internship and full-time roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
- Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee and intern records (HRMS, Excel, documentation)
- Support preparation of offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
- Track attendance, leaves, and work engagement
People Management & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for interns and junior employees
- Support performance tracking, feedback collection, and reviews
- Help maintain a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture
- Assist in resolving basic employee concerns and HR queries
Operations Support
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help streamline HR and operational processes
- Support compliance-related documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and HR tools
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
