Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the offer-to-joining process.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
HR Operations & Data Management
Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and HR databases.
Oversee attendance & leave management.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR trackers, and dashboards.
Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and support policy implementation.]
Payroll & Compliance
Manage end-to-end payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary processing.
Assist with statutory documentation and compliance support.
Handle full and final settlements, exit interviews, and exit documentation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and external vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to support HR requirements and initiatives.
