Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Operations Executiveto manage day-to-day HR operational activities. The primary focus of this role will be attendance management, coordination of sessions, performance tracking, and effective resource management to ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitoremployee attendance, leave records, and timesheetson a daily basis
- Track and coordinatetraining, KT, and internal sessions, including scheduling and documentation
- Analyzesession effectiveness and employee performance dataand share periodic reports with management
- Supportresource planning and allocationacross projects and teams
- Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and operational dashboards
- Coordinate with team leads for availability, productivity, and workload management
- Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee records management
- Act as a point of contact for operational HR queries from employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12 years of experience inHR operations or HR coordination
- Strong skills inMS Excel / Google Sheetsfor tracking and analysis
- Good analytical and reporting abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance
