We're looking for an HR Executive who enjoys building culture and supporting creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support new joiners during their onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth start.
- Update and maintain candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Help plan and execute team engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment.
- Support team recognition programs such as work anniversaries, rewards, and appreciation activities.
- Coordinate team-building activities and internal events.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain records and HR documentation accurately.
- Assist in preparing basic HR reports related to attendance, attrition, and other people metrics.
- Support data collection and reporting for internal HR reviews.
Administrative & Event Support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Assist in planning company events, celebrations, and internal HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6months - 1 yr of experience or relevant internship experience in HR or administration.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws (training will be provided).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools and willing to learn HR systems/software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and speaking in small groups.
