- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
- Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist in payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws).
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
- Coordination & Administration
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Support administrative tasks related to HR operations.
