Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
  • Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Assist in payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws).
  • Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Coordination & Administration
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Support administrative tasks related to HR operations.
