Job Summary
The HR Executive will support end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and basic HR coordination activities, primarily for an IT environment. The role involves managing hiring workflows, maintaining HR records, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to a positive, high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with clients and candidates.
- Handle onboarding activities including documentation, offer release coordination, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
HR Operations & Coordination :
- Support employee record management and HR documentation (physical and digital files).
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners; maintain basic vendor and database/record management.
- Assist in HR communication, employee coordination, and daytoday HR queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in an IT firm or similar corporate setup.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Prior experience in an IT / Startup / Corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and employer branding.
- Familiarity with HRMS or CRM tools for tracking candidates and employee data.
