Human Resource Executive

We are HASBRO Clothing Pvt Ltd; we own the menswear apparel brand BASICS. We have 100+ exclusive outlets and 900+ large-format stores throughout India. We are currently looking for an HR Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR activities in the HASBRO team, which include recruitment, onboarding, payroll management and engagement-related activities. The candidate will work closely with the store team on the below responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Engagement with staff, both on calls and in person.
• Will coordinate attendance, salary, incentives, and manpower budget.
• Will be the single point of contact for all HR-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR;
• Experience in HR, ideally from the retail industry;
• Strong management, time management, and communication skills;
• Must be experienced in handling payroll/salary processing for more than 200 employees.
