The Role
Job Purpose
The
HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance. The position aims to ensure smooth HR functioning and contribute to a motivated, efficient, and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial rounds of interviews and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
- Prepare offer letters, maintain recruitment trackers, and conduct induction/orientation sessions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing grievances and supporting conflict resolution.
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to boost employee morale.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
- Support team leads in tracking performance metrics and identifying training needs.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll activities including attendance, leaves, and salary inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Liaise with finance for timely salary disbursement and record-keeping.
Documentation & HR Operations
- Maintain employee files, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Draft HR letters (offer, increment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
- Support audits, compliance checks, and implementation of HR policies.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist profile.

Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Certification in HRBP, Payroll, or related HR modules.
- Experience in HR analytics, talent engagement, or performance management systems.
- Understanding of IT industry dynamics and culture.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT, Software Development, or Service-based industries preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with 30 days notice period will be prioritized.
